Frequently asked questions
How much does an experience gift for grandpa cost?+
Prices start at $199 CAD. FeelIt sets its own prices, shown in Canadian dollars, and a gift certificate costs exactly its face value — FeelIt never charges a fee for a certificate.
How does the gift certificate work?+
You choose an experience and how many people it is for; we email a gift certificate for that face value. The recipient redeems it at feelit.ca and picks their own date and time. The operator conducting it is confirmed once the date is fixed.
What if the recipient wants a different experience?+
A certificate can be redeemed for any available experience on feelit.ca. The suggested experience, for the number of people it was bought for, is honoured at face value; a different experience or a larger party is priced when you redeem. If it costs less, the remaining value stays on the certificate; if it costs more, the recipient pays the difference by card.
Does the certificate expire?+
No. The certificate does not expire. Remaining value stays on the certificate and can be checked any time at feelit.ca/activate or by emailing [email protected]. It is not redeemable for cash.
Where do the experiences take place if we are in Banff?+
Most venues are in Calgary (about 90 minutes from Banff); the flight and trail experiences are closer to the mountains.
Who conducts the experiences near Banff?+
FeelIt sells each experience in its own name; a reviewed local operator conducts it and is responsible for safety on site. Operators send us their licensing and insurance documents before their experiences are listed. FeelIt assigns the operator for your date and may substitute a similarly qualified, insured operator — you are told before your visit is confirmed.

- The operator’s requirements — age, health, ID — are on every experience page.
